Lighted upper and lower section. Individual beveled panes of

Nativity Cabinet
This fantastic find was hand made at the turn of the
century ~1900.
Deep relief carvings, in solid oak, depict Jesus, Mary, Joseph
and the
three wise men in the manger along with many other
sacred images.
This cabinet features 3 cabinet compartments and 3 drawers.
Notice that there are no exterior door or drawer pulls.
Once the main, center, cabinet door is opened hidden latches
can be accessed to open the other 2 cabinet doors. Latch is
shown in the bottom right photo above.
To access the drawers one would need to know the drawers even
exist and to reach under each drawer and slide them open from
below.
A very special piece and likely served as a buffet in a monastery
or rectory.
Measures: 63.5"W x 20.5"D x 68.5"T
Partially disassembles for transport.

Religious Cabinet
This one of a kind was hand made at the turn of the
century ~1900.
Deep relief carvings, in solid oak, depicts the Resurrection
of Jesus.
Why the wrought iron handles on the side?
To possibly resemble the Arc of the Covenant?
This is a very moving piece of artwork!

The french polish finish alone involved more than 100 man hours
of expert labor.
Has mirrored back which reflects the fully finished rear of
